Unlike traditional consignment, we do the work for you. We will price, take the pictures, and post them. Owners get 50% of paid sales back! You can cash out once you reach $15, by providing your account information for deposit or get credit to use at

Unsold Items

For any unsold items, they will be returned to owner provided the owner pays for shipping. Otherwise, these items become the property of Still Fabulous.

Quality Check List

1) Only send clean and freshly laundered items.

2) Check hidden spots for wear: behind the neck, under the arms and crotch area.

3) Remove all personal items from handbags and pockets.

Items not Acceptable for Resale

1) Items with wear and tear meaning no piling, fading, stains or odors.

2) Damaged or altered times meaning no rips, holes, missing parts, broken zippers, altered hems, or missing labels.

Clean Out Service 

A $14.99 Clean Out service fee will be deducted from your earnings to cover rising processing costs. 

A $2.99 Clean Out bag fee will be deducted from your earnings.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at We will email you a copy of the Return Shipping Label.  You will need to:

*Enclose a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

*Print out the Return Shipping Label

*Attach the Return Shipping Label on the package

*Send the package through the United States Post Office

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Shipping Label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The flat shipping rate of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund, along with a restocking fee of 15% of the item cost.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Item received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimates, (such as swimsuits, swim trunks, and underwear).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved for a refund, you will be refunded with a Virtual Gift Card Code within 10 business days.
